In light of today’s holiday, I thought I’d help bring to light proof of a cover up at the Cadbury Candy company. Watch the video below for proof of a conspiracy and cover up at Cadbury Candy!

Happy Easter.

this is hilarious because i actually picked one up in the store the other day and was like, “oh they have mini cadbury creme eggs now?” and then saw that it was 79 cents so realized that it must be a regular sized one, but i couldn’t get over the possibility that they used to be much bigger. I chalked it up to me not having had one for a few years… what a conspiracy! hahahaha

I remember one airline a few years ago that saved a fortune by removing an olive from a meal. I Googled it and found this link to another blog. “http://rfdblog.com/2007/02/saving-world-one-olive-at-time.html”

There is a lot of money spent to discoer ways to save money, but most often it is us the consumer who absorbs the cost. Same $$, less product. Nice video!

    I didn’t notice.

I see American eggs look different than Canadian ones do.

That is bizzare. I bet they are more expensive now, too.

Too funny! BJ Novak is great.
My brother’s a hoarder, I bet he’d have an old one kicking around to make a good comparison. My sister and I would devour our treats the first day but my bro would save his and bring it out at intervals during the following months. He’d use them to bribe and taunt us, in proper big brother fashion.

Don’t they realize that they’re messing with hardcore, massively sweet-toothed chocoholics?! Damn straight they weren’t expecting this!
    *lights torch*
Come, my bretheren! We shall overcome the tyranny of Cadbury!

What a scam. So many companies do this and they’re making so much money out of this and us consumer’s are enjoying less of the product. Oh well shit happens. This video clip is pretty damn funny and it has definitely made my Easter much more enjoyable.

Honestly, it’s probably a blessing. Us North Americans are fat enough as it is.

Though they’re probably charging the same (or more) for these smaller eggs, which is fucked up.

That’s hilarious! It must be the work of the monsters making their money with new and improved, cost-cut chocolate chickens.

Different product, but along the same lines…

I _love_ cheese. All types too: gouda, cheddar, most blues, etc… When I buy cheese for general usage (cooking, sandwiches) I typically purchase the “big strips”. They _used_ to be 600 grams in size. It was only a month or so ago, after commenting to my wife how the same blocks of cheese have increased in price by $2 over the last 3-4 years, that I realized they are now 540g — 10% less. Damn. They _look_ the same as before. Funny how when they add more product they’ll put a big bright label saying “MORE!”. Heh. I guess “LESS!” just wouldn’t wash with the marketing dept.

The list of junk food providers that are not conspiratorally evil is shrinking fast …
I call it the Morality Diet. Eat only foods not produced with evil intent. Cuts out practically all available junk foods.
