Most readers will recall early in the year the single-column theme that this site used, which we’ve called ‘Minimalia’. It was a popular theme, and one which Matthew was very happy with when he designed it.

The theme was unique in its single-column format- clean and simple while maintaining rich functionality (well, we thought so anyway).

As I’ve had the time, I’ve been slowly re-vamping it for a public WordPress theme release, and the day has dawned where its ready for prime time.

After working with the open-source, supportive WordPress community for years, on behalf on Matthew and myself we’d like to formally thank Matt Mullenweg and the entire WordPress development team, as well as countless theme and plugin developers, FAQ and codex support gurus, and folks like Michael Heilemann, Chris Davis, and our own Theron Parlin for pushing the boundaries of what this platform can do, and giving freely to others the ability to publish content dynamically and creatively on the web.
