It’s been removed from YouTube, but NBC has it. So here it is, last night’s opening SNL skit parodying Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton…

Its uncanny how much Tina Fey looks like Palin. Its Conan and Tarja Halonen all over again.

Best lines from the skit:
Clinton: “I didn’t want a woman to be President. I wanted to be President and I just happened to be a woman.”
Palin: “I am just one heartbeat away from being President of the United States… Anyone can be President… All you have to do is want it.”
You gotta laugh at the whole bizarre mess that is American politics, ’cause thanks to the big boys in Washington, it’s safe to say woman’s equality has just been set back another 200 years.

hmmmm….. I wonder if the boys in the black suits & ear pieces are thinking “Shit, we could just swap out the crazy Alaskan for Tina Fey if they win & McCain “mysteriously” dies.”
Is actually a bit little comforting.

I love Tina Fey and hope she will return for more parodies up until election time. She is also great on 30 Rock.
I especially liked “I can see Russia from my house” and “global warming is just God hugging us closer”.

Before the they even did the skit they were talking about whether Tina would do it…It was an obvious go based on theire resemblance.
I didn’t watch the vid Matt potsed, but did watch in on SNL, one of the last lines during the skit “Hilary” made note of “Sara’s” “Tina Fey” glasses, it was cute…this was bound to happen… and to all our delights, super funny.

Wow, Hillary’s finally been humanized. My heart hurt for her, watching this skit.

That was so funny. I saw it on Saturday night. Poor Hilary. The old boys network still alive and well in Washington.

That has got to be the best thing I’ve ever seen. Not only that, but it’s remarkably truthful isn’t it? Funny how it makes you laugh when the whole situation is really not that funny…

This opening skit was funny but I thought the rest of the show was weak. Last season was really good and I was hoping for better than what they gave us for an opener, … Phelps sucked and maybe that was the reason, hopefully they pick it up for next week.
