On this page you’ll find a list of help topics which we’ll update as the website changes and features are changed or added.
If your question isn’t answered below e-mail us at support@matthewgood.org and we’ll respond as soon as possible with some assistance.
Registration E-Mail
Some users who have accounts through Hotmail, Yahoo or similar online clients may find their registration e-mails in their junk/trash folders, due to the way these online services’ junk detection software works.
They may deem the mail ‘junk’ because it’s automatically generated by WordPress, the software platform that runs the website. If you don’t receive it at all after 24 hours, please let us know at support@matthewgood.org and we’ll reset your password manually. Make sure to include the e-mail address you signed up with if it’s different from the one you’re writing us with.
