Apologies on the loss of my last entry. I was amending some of its content and hit the bloody delete post link instead of the save link. To be honest, their proximity is uncomfortably close, especially for someone like me that tends to be doing three things online at once. I’d dig out the initial entry from the RSS feed, but I’ve lost a considerable amount of additional information that I had added to the entry and am not in the mood to redo it. Yes, yes, I tend to close Word without saving as well. I have too many documents on my computer as it is, so I tend not to when writing entries unless they’re of substantial length or ones that I’ve been working on over a period of time.

Today Dale launched the new BraveNewCode site, which is masterfully designed, as is common with pretty much everything Dale touches.

Besides the new design, today also marks the release of Dale and Duane’s WPtouch for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch, which is already starting to get some well deserved attention. For those of you wondering, the download is…

“…a complimentary theme installed as a plugin on your WordPress blog or website that will format your content with this Apple-inspired, full-featured theme when your visitors are using an iPhone or iPod touch.”

For more information about it, visit BraveNewCode’s WPtouch page.

Congratulations to both Dale and Duane on a fantastic project realized.

It seems that the flames have been fanned about WPtouch already, and the CBC’s offical blog (insidethecbc.com) is now sporting WPtouch:

Also, tech guru Leo Laporte is pimping WPtouch. If you navigate to leoville.com on the phone or iPod, you’ll see WPtouch working.

A big thanks to those here who’ve heaped praise, we’re extremely proud of the work we’ve done for BraveNewCode and WPtouch. The latter of which we feel is a good contribution to the WordPress community we’ve all been indebted to for the extensive development and support that it has surrounding it.
