Songs Coming Back
Going into to record a new record in the fall. That said, I’ve been going over several songs from the past that I firmly believe should have got their due. I was talked out of doing them and believe to this day the wrong decision was made. They are as follows…
We Have Done This Before, We Will Do It Again
Night Orders
Hornets
Die Like King
Bad Pennies (new lyrics, different name)
I know that a lot of you have heard the original demos online. But reimagined in the studio I can only wonder how great they’ll be. I’m pretty excited actually
I haven't heard any of these demos, but I am looking forward to hearing these songs. :)
We Have Done this Before is one of my favourite songs, also Die like Kings and Hornets is great. This is really great news. That era had amazing demos, I'm really happy to hear this.
Yeah, where's that Bontempo sophomore album? You and Rod need to get it together.
I feel like I was so lucky to hear Hornets live. I think it was in Bala, the night you signed my cello case :) thanks again for that memory.
Hell yes, Hornets! Still sad that wasn't at the few shows where that actually got performed. There were a couple of distinct versions of that demo, if I'm not mistaken.
